Clown should not be faster than Huntress
Clown's secondary attack throws a bottle which slows you, the fact that he moves at full speed makes no sense in this regard. Why should a killer designed to alter movement speed of the survivors be so fast?

He is already underpowered his bottles are already almost useless this would make him even worse than maybe legion.

His bottles slow survivors down only a little, while huntress can theoretically damage any survivor at any distance. I get why huntress is slower. You're trading chase speed for long distance attacks.
Clown needs to hit survivors in order for him to even down people. it's not a fair comparison, even with the redhead pinky finger addon.

Yes he is fat, but when he sees them toes he gets an adrenaline boost...
His ability is to slow down survivors so why would he be slower than the average killer? Like seriously he would just be trash if he was slower. THE WHOLE POINT IS TO SLOW THEM. If he was slower himself, then he would basically have no ability...

In all fairness, Huntress is carrying a battle axe and multiple hatchets around, while Clown has it easy with a knife.

I use PWYF on Huntress, makes her hatchets worth it to me.

Clown is carrying bottles. And actually he carries all of them with him, while Huntress carry some hatchets and she refills them in lockers.

Unlike the Hunting Hatchets, the Afterpiece Tonic does not injure you. That's why he's faster than the Huntress.

Also also if we nerfed his MS to Huntress' level, then we would have to buff his bottles hindering status effect more, give him more bottles and like a TP ability to compensate 110 speed.

He would actually be the worst killer in the game if he was at 110% speed.

Slowing down clown would be like kicking off a wheel on a cripples wheel chair.
It's cruel, and unnecessary.

If you want a realism answer: start jogging, throw a hatchet, then throw a bottle, all while aiming at a particular target. The hatchet is more likely to go off course if you don't slow down.

The thing is that the Hatchets flat-out deal damage whereas the bottles only slow down a little bit. If you land hits with both the Hatchet and the Bottle, the Clown still needs to take advantage of the hit to deal damage whereas the Huntress is ready prepping another Hatchet for the maybe-down.

Hatchets need to hit, bottles just need to be in the area. I'm not arguing Huntress should be faster. I'm arguing he should be the same speed. He also can refill his bottles on the fly, he doesn't need to stop off at a locker. I think Plague needs to be 4.4m/s too.
