Killers leaving/DC’ing at the pre-lobby screen
Really the only issue I’ve ever had with DBD is the matchmaking. While I know the matchmaking times have been soooo much better the past few months on consoles (PS4), there’s still nights where it’s a 5-10 min wait. While this can be frustrating enough, what really make this worse is that SO MANY killers will leave/dodge at the pre-lobby screen. Here I was tonight streaming and interacting with 60-70 viewers & we went 30 min between matches. Why? Because the wait times for whatever reason were pretty slow tonight and TWO killers left/dodged the lobby. This happened TWICE in that 30 min sequence & SIX times during the entire 6 hr stream. I’m hopeful when dedicated servers launch that this won’t be an issue, but can anyone confirm this? I get this game is competitive for a lot of ppl, but at the end of the day I just wanna play the damn game and not wait 30-45 min between matches because a killer doesn’t wanna go up against multiple people with toolboxes. It’s been out of hand for far too long and makes ppl disinterested in the game.

From a killer mains perspective some people don't want to get into a match where they will get absolutely destroyed and taunted at and the game will end in 5 minutes then to wait another 15 minutes for another lobby from a survivor stand point I can see why your frustrated. The devs aren't doing anything about it atm.

When you could've been waiting for 10 minutes for a lobby, he could've waited like 1 minute.
So if he sees survivors have for example toolboxes he might dodge and que again.

Unless I’m playing at night (usually am), I, as a killer main, will leave a lobby if not all 4 survivors ready up before the time expires. I’ve seen WAY too many games ruined by AFK survivors...which forces me as a semi-decent human to negate the handicap the survivors faced by allowing 1 free escape and a good ole’ depip for me.
Rather avoid this when possible.

I don't think there ever be an option to not join against SWFs, but at least devs could add an indicator, if it's an swf or not. Some people get panic attacks from potential big swfs and dodge even 2 person swfs or even complete randos that happen to join at the same time, or if their profiles hide friends info. Proper indication would only reduce amount of times when dodgers leave harmless lobbies.

Well, you’re all usually wrong because killers Dodgers the same frequency when I’m fully squaded up, with 1 person or solo. Stop dodging. It makes ppl not want to play.

Considering the language you use to describe killers when you're streaming I'm not surprised killers dodge you.

Indeed, after 3000hours + playing as survivor that lobby dodge make the game really awful for experienced players.
Everyday, I MEAN EVERYDAY, with no exceptions.. I get into 30 min or more of lobby dodging by the killer.
Obs: I don't teabags, hostage games or trash talking, most of the time I just say gg and leave (even in terrible matches).
It could be simple solved:
Don't reveal the players (chars, nicks, anything) in the matchmaking like others games do, if the killer is afraid or tired, just leave ingame, lose some pips and play with people which have the equivalent skills levels.
