Remove the condition for Mindbreaker

Why does it only work when the gen is 50% or below? It's already situational enough, since not everyone relies on exhaustion perks, and even if they do they can easily get rid of the exhaustion if they weren't already exhausted by camping a pallet. I'm fine with that though, I liked the idea of the perk making you have to choose between doing a gen or recovering from exhaustion. However, I don't understand the 50% restriction.

The counter play already exists: Don't do gens while exhausted. Cleanse totems, unhook, heal, do other things. We don't need an extra layer of counter play in the form of "rush the gen to 50% so you can recover". Without the 50% condition, survivors would also have to be more careful about completing a gen in the killer's face. I can understand if the devs were wary of introducing a perk like this, but they also introduced not one but 2 self-healing perks for survivors. The perk doesn't need to be this weak. I really want to see it buffed to make it decent.

Auto heal perks are meh honestly.

Inner strengh is kinda ok. Second wind is garbage unless you have navy seal team on comms.

But yes, up to 50% is #########.

A year later and they finally buffed the perk. In the wrong way. Honestly, unless they remove that extra requirement, the exhaustion duration would have to be ridiculously long for this perk to be good, and I don't like the side of the perk they're pushing anyway. It should make you choose between waiting out your exhaustion or doing a gen, not just give you exhaustion right away.
