Make dyeing light similiar to save the best for last

make it to where dying light stays active after the obsession is dead BUT you can NOT gain anymore stacks, just like save the best for last. I believe this will make it a good competitor for ruin and MAYBE not make ruin 100% needed in the high ranks, they can run dying light instead which rewards getting hooks quick
