changes for devotion level (my ideas)

devotion level is extremely useless at this moment, in my opinion devotion should give people a small gift somewhat similar to the persist system. Obviously i'm not saying give us free skins but instead maybe a small present of iridescent shards or like a very low amount of oric cells.

    The little number underneath that shows what level you have reached is very underwheling as well. It would be nice if they changed the badge itself as you rank up to make it loom steadily more cool.
