Time to nerf Freddy
He spam Traps.
He spam Pallets.
He don't slow down when using his power, no drawbacks at all or cooldown. It is time to adjust this guy.

It is so hard to play against a good Freddy. But that makes it even much more fun to play against him.
And I don't feel powerless against good survivors playing as Freddy.
So, I wish every killer gets the same elegant rework as Freddy.

Losing bloodlust when using his ability is really the only thing we can give him right now. Even still, its a nerf thats mostly for consistency than because people asked for it.

Only thing I would change is the pallets, if something got changed. Have the pallet either stun him, but for a short duration (Like an Enduring.. 4, or something), or have it be similar to Doctor's fake pallets, but the pallets explode into blood instead. Maybe they could also pull camera like a Hag trap.
In the current iteration of the pallet add-on, I feel it's a little too strong, at least against solo players, since there is no distinction at all between a fake or a real pallet, and the "drop animation" is a bit too detrimental.
This is a "I would welcome it but it's not entirely necessary" thing for me. I wouldn't say it's super strong but it's a tad bit too powerful. It's not impossible to beat, though.
Aside from that Freddy is completely fine, in my opinion.

Yes, lets nerf him because not only is he fun to play with or against, he is a decent killer.
Let's keep the meta the same 3 killers and complain because people only use the same 3 killers. Seems so logical!

So far the only thing I think needs a slight nerf on him is the Swing Chains Dying Light combo.
You can't do gens at that point and using your clock doesn't keep you awake long enough for you to progress if he's good at pressuring the map

This is ridiculous. Just because you have to actually play around a killer's power doesn't mean they need nerfs. His snares and pallets do nothing when survivors are awake. You start the trial awake, you can wake each other up, fail skill checks, and interact with a dream object. He is a powerless M1 killer when you are awake. He should always have a hard time landing the first hit. It's sheer laziness or ignorance if survivors are going through most of a trial in dream state. Stop basing looping expectations around killers with the power level of Pig, Doctor, Clown, etc. That doesn't seem to be the target anymore.

You can tell by the non-constructive replies from the Killer community that he is indeed too strong and they have no real way of defending his boost in power without resorting to memes and insults.
I think that proves my point beyond any reasonable doubt and Freddy is next on the chopping block after Nurse And Spirit.

Freddy's traps only work while asleep. theres three different ways to wake up, someone waking you up, failing a skillcheck, and going to the alarm clock. and with the recent Oblivious buff, waking up is even more worth it. do one of those three things and Freddy only has his gen teleport. yes, he can smack you into the dream world, but thats you failing to loop or lose him. the timer, just pay close attention and you'll be fine. im someone who runs stake out and has faced quite a few Freddies since the Oblivious buff, so i know how little he can do when you're awake.

here are the drawbacks to his snares:
1) they only work when you are asleep
2) they have a certain activation time, so they wont catch you unless you run the same loop twice

The only change Freddy needs are snares not being able to stack with BL. Other then that, he is completely fine

Take a look at your profile on the forums and view what commands and discussions you make. Most of them are something to do with survivors being too weak, killers being too strong, x killer perk is too op, etc.
You're a bit hypocritical to say the feedback isn't constructive when the only feedback you gave me for Adrenaline is "Adrenaline = good NOED = bad" but that's on another topic so im not going into detail.

Would really rather see Spirit nerfed before Freddy.
The only issue I have with Freddy is his immunity to Borrowed Time. Which is actually a big deal, but not something I'd take the pitchforks out for.

People who can't just say no and have the need to say something else than constructive, you're the people who are real clowns, but no. I can definitely agree with all the people here that Freddy does not need a nerf, but if you run the perk "Small Game", you will have an easier time with him. Small game detects fake pallets, etc.. It's really useful and it hard counters 1/2 of Freddy's power.

Its actually pretty common for ppl to wake up against Freddy. After an unhook, the unhooked person wakes up their rescuer. Doing this helps with the healing afterwards as well since addons like Jumprope lower action speed. I say this as a Freddy main who keeps hearing the clap clap snap snap around the corner and wish theyd just cut that ######### out, lol.
As far as the BT thing goes... I feel like ppl still dont know this one. I keep having Bills go for saves right infront of me. Bill eats the dust, and I run STBFL...so the unhooked guy goes down too. DS is still a thing though, So I still typically dont rehook right away.
