Decisive Strike
Yes, another DS post. Decisive does not only punish tunnellers, and 60 seconds of a match is literally 1/5th of the whole game usually.
Anyways, here's my suggestion for DS. After being unhooked, DS remains active for (same time 40-60). However, if the killer hits another survivor, your DS timer is cut by 10-15 seconds, if the killer hooks another survivor then DS deactivate.
Also, at the endgame (when DS is more powerful than ever) it should be deactivated completely. Enduring does not even counter this perk anymore cuz they nerfed it. Which I assume they nerfed enduring for head on not DS but whatever. This perk is even more oppressive than pre rework DS. If the just unhooked survivor throws themself at me, or baits a locker I have nothing I can do but move on. I should not be punished for downing and hooking someone else then coming back.

I agree, that it needs to hurt DS. If an other gets injured/hooked.
But not deactivated completely in endgames.

Just leave them on ground and maybe bring nurse calling, it should be enough.
Btw, 5 min match? Sounds awfully unbalanced.

"60 seconds of a match is literally 1/5th of the whole game usually."
I see people make these kinds of dramatic claims sometimes, but I just don't get it. I have literally never seen a match that short, and I cannot believe this is something you are encountering with any consistency.

You must've never been red ranks. It's cool though.

welll it should loose timer in teh end game but not being desactivated still you can try and hook them as far as possible from the door
