Diversion rework
Diversion has been completely forgotten so here is my probably broken rework
Diversion:
After being within the killer terror radius for 45 seconds the perk activates when activated press the activate ability button while crouched and motionless to throw a pebble if the pebble hits the ground a distraction will take place for the killer at a distance of 10/15/20 meters. if the pebble hits a killer the killer will be stunned for 3 seconds and unable to see freshly made scratch marks for 6 seconds the distraction consists of scratch marks and a loud noise notification. The killer will not be stunned if they are carrying a survivor or traversing the spirit realm (wraith and nurse) the perk deactivates when used.
That was a mouthful so do you think it is a reasonable change? Or a broken op one?

IMO Diversion is in a fine spot ATM. It's a niche perk, and that's why you don't see it often, but it isn't bad.

pebble should have a 50% chance of stunning the killer for 3 seconds #makepebblelethal

######### you be talking about? Pebble is OP AF, devs should fix it, its killing the game for killers

Agreed

Imagine being stunned for 12 seconds by a swf group throwing pebbles at you.

thats exactly why this suggestion cannot be accepted

Combine it with Head on and Vigil and you can stun lock the Killer for up to 36 seconds.

Wait nvm I did my math wrong.
It's actually a perma-stun.
With 4 vigils head on takes 16 seconds to come off cooldown. With good timing you can use pebbles and head ons such that by the time you finish a cycle you can seamlessly repeat the sequence

Wait still no. The sequence is:
Head on x4 -> Pebble x2 -> Head on x4 -> Pebble x2 -> Head on x4
Which is a total of 48 seconds of stun.
I messed up and concluded that since Pebble has a 45 second cooldown and only needs to be used once per person per cycle it would be off cooldown, however there is an extra 12 seconds from Head on starting off cooldown that doesn't cary over into multiple sequences so it won't repeat.
Still though, 48 seconds of stall.
