No one left behind or we'll make it?

We'll Make It is definitely the better perk for a pure altruistic build. 200% healing speed for most of the game vs 112% just in the endgame. Fast unhooking doesn't make that much of a difference.

If you're trying to farm points, though, NOLB is good for that. One of the three BP-multiplying perks that survivors have, I believe.

What are the other perks in your build? It might be easier to recommend one over the other if you give us more background information.

We'll Make It if you're going with a altruistic build. No One Left Behind is kind of niche, and compared to We'll Make It, it's terrible in comparison.

We'll Make It gives you the ability to quickly heal people after an unhook and can be stacked with various healing items and perks like Botany Knowledge to help increase the speed given to the healing.

Plus, in terms of most people who actively save people on hooks to gain a We're Gonna Live Forever stack, they tend to bring that with so they can heal the person off the hook insanely quick than move onto the next thing like unhooking someone else, generators, or in some cases being chased and trying to not get downed.

In terms of raw percentage, We'll Make it beats No One Left Behind. If you're going for BPs than No One Left Behind is what you'll use, but even then nobody uses it because the BPs gain isn't really worth the time.
