Hitting Someone While Their Unhooking Someone Should Slow their Unhooking Progress 50%

Because

a) The duration length for pulling them off their hook onto your shoulders is so short and inconsistent — that is, reliant on capricious ping — that at least a safer measure for what should be an obvious down should happen.

b) Think about it: You're in the worst possible spot imaginable. A brutal Killer is right behind you. You deserve to go down if you're going to make greedy or self-sacrificial saves.

c) The Killer should not be attacking the bloody HOOKED survivor by accident when there is a body right next to them trying to save them. Imagine in Nightmare on Elm Street movie Freddy Kruger hooks a victim, then his obvious effect is to take down to rescuer, but misses and hits the hooked victim. Well then Freddy just looks like an idiot. Not scary! But with our controls, and with body blocking, it sometimes does happen that you miss a very clear, available, open target.

You'll have objections, but I will counter all of them. "Well, just hit them correctly!" Look above, bodaggit.
