New Game Mechanic Idea: revival of one dead survivor
This sounds very op but imagine the killer has closed the hatch and both exit gates are close and locked there is literally no hope to escape or someone died way to quick in the match. I think giving the survivors something else to do would slow down the match giving a bit of advantage to the killer but this would benefit survivors in the long run if they manage to finish the ritual to revive a survivor.
-The survivors would have to find 20 smaller objective items in the game and give them all to one survivor.
-when a survivor dies if a survivor manages to find all 20 of the mini items there will be a voodoo chalk area on the ground where the survivor will have to preform a lengthy ritual that will revive a dead survivor.
-This will help people stay motivated to not dc and stay in games and will lengthen the time of the matches
-Also if this revived survivor is hooked they die instantly

iv always wanted some sort of a survivor offering that was the reverse of mori, like some sort of revival i think it would be amazing

Nah, survivors already have several chances; adding another one is out of the question.
3 x Hooks
Dead Hard
DS
Deliverance
Insta heals (for now)
Not to mention winning chases and flashlight saves etc.
Gonna be a no from me.

Nope.
It already takes 2 hits per down (minimum), Then 2-3 hooks for a kill. That's 4-6 downs for a kill, in a match that can already have open gates by the 3-4 minute mark.
If they added a way to revive a killed Survivor, then there would be no reason to play Killer. 'Oh joy! I killed someone and they respawned, completely shutting down my momentum!'

I generally like the idea of a resurrection in games, but it does not belong in Dead by Daylight. Why should the killer be punished for a job well done?
It would be the same as survivors finishing 5 gens, only to have the killer 'do a thing' and now 3 gens are reactivated and the survivors have to finish 1 more gen for escape. There would be a major uproar from the community.
It is the same reason Mercy was re-worked in overwatch. Having your plays undone in a competitive game never feels good...

Kinda like a Tommy Jarvis

No. I doesn't make sense in the lore, and in the mechanic side of things, a lot of survivors leave after they die... so what happens if you revive someone who left?
It's also unfun from a killer perspective because it reverses your work in a way that is way worse than instaheals. It potentially makes you have to down a survivor 3 more times, depending on how it's implemented.
Just because killer players make up 1/5 of the community (or less) doesn't mean you should ignore them and add something like this to screw them over.
