The Diversity of the character roster.

A killer "bloodlusting" a pallet that's not 100% safe, but not completely braindead easy for the killer, so we have a pretty satisfying chase together.

Too many things I love to pick one. Gen grabs as Ghostface, midchase teleports that lead to downs with Freddy, tier 3 Myers rampages, when a Hag game snowballs, when a Trapper game snowballs, getting Corrupt Purge with multiple broken survivors as Plague, flashes of competence with Nurse (I'm practicing but I'm a big brain and started practicing in red ranks). I could go on and on

The one thing I love about DBD above all else is the fact that we have all these iconic movie killers added to the game like Michael Myers, Freddy, Ghostface, and Leatherface. As a horror fan, it's so awesome to actually have a game where you can play as and against these horror icons. I can't wait to see which ones they add in the future (hopefully).

I just love the sheer chaos that this game has to offer. Also, outplaying someone with the killers power is pretty fun.

The soundtrack that plays as the Shape gets to tier two. As either the killer or the survivor, this happening is the top thing that makes DbD fun for me.

Baby anything is a lot of fun! If someone is obviously very new, I like to scare them, but I’ll let them live. I try to still keep it challenging though (because nobody wants to be handed a win. It feels hollow!). They can wiggle free and such, try to run and hide, hop off a gen when I kick it, Suffer one hooking just for the thrill, but all in all I go easy on em.
You guys all remember your first month surviving. Horrifying, and oh so fun as a result!

My first month, well, my only memory from that time was getting a four man SWF of Claudette's with flashlights. They had one Rank 20 friend and I managed to kill them, then got messaged after the game.
Anyway, that's why I hate Claudette's lol

That even after years of playing, it can still be super tense and downright scarry at times. I wish the game could be scarier as a whole.

When I have a nice team and we're all working together. That makes it fun because it feels like we're all in this together. I had a couple games like that today. One Laurie was signalling to me where the killer was and having me follow her for a heal and a gen. We were saving each other and I felt the camaraderie in that game.
Another game, after one person dc'd and another killed theirself, the killer decided to go easy on us. He chased me for a while and purposely didn't down me (just injured me) and it gave me a chance to practice my chases without dying immediately. That was fun. :) It's these types of games that I enjoy.

I like We're Gonna Live Forever, but I love finding a gen, realizing it has ruin, and turning 180, and seeing that glowing totem right there.

I'm not talking about getting outplayed I'm talking about their toxic behaviour literally losing them a kill or an escape.
Instead of butt dancing you should have left now the killer was able to down you and hook you.
You wanted to be toxic and close the Hatch in a crawling survivor face well too bad they had adrenaline and the key should have just hooked them up

Four hits with Feral Frenzy when I have Thana before the first gen pops... it’s not a big deal in terms of advantage, but damn it feels good.
Also one time I managed to get a 4 men down with one chainsaw swing of Leatherface, and I wasn’t camping a hook. It just... happened. My heart was racing.

I love some of the subtle interactions with the other side. I saw a Jane in a bright red and white stripey top trying to hide behind a twig. I walked up to her, looked down and shook my head. She slowly turned round to face me and then looked straight up at me, still crouching next to her foliage, "Please don't kill me nice hag".
And then I bashed her skull in.
