Small tweak that that can makes ghostface' stalk more viable
People starts to treat him like a better wraith because his stalk is too weak.
So what i think the main problem that his stalk being weak is the reset of stalking progress when you hit them. So if you nearly fully stalk them and suddenly get revealed, you cannot even attack them because you'll loss all your progress and all your time you spent stalking
So my idea is to make him not loss the progress, that'll make him much better at stalking..

Good buff idea. Imagine Myers losing a certain amount of stalk when he hit's an survivor.

I wonder why people aren't reading this post.. I think this is a great idea to buff his stealth

I love the idea

That would make him better actually yeah, I like it

I would make it where hitting them you lose some progress but not all. Or maybe not idk I'm a killer main so trying to think of the survivors side.

because myers doesn't loss progress like ghostface, don't tell me you plan to make myers loss his power gauge like legion do 😂 (Just a joke)

Legion shouldn't be losing power gauge after a regular M1 attack; it's a non-lethal power. (And that's not getting into the ridiculous stun length)
Being able to pocket the exposed effect that easily per person would be incredibly unfun and broken.
Myers is fine to do this because popping it once pops it for all survivors. it has cool techs but it's not abusable whereas removing this mechanic on GF would reward him for failing to use his power in a previous chase. Very oppressive and lacks any form of counterplay.

Well lets ask ourselves ''is the Stalk resetting upon getting hit actually beneficial and fair for Survivors''?
SCENARIO---Meg is at a Gen that's 85% done and Ghostface gets most of his Stalk on her before she sees him and breaks him out. Ghostface realizes it's now or never and stabs her resetting her progress and she runs off while Ghost Kicks the Gen. Meg runs into a corner and starts healing herself and Ghostface gets his Stealth back and finds her.
So in this Scenario Meg is benefited by her losing her Stalk as she can heal to full and Ghostface would have to start his entire Stalk all over again thereby being unable to instantly down her after she heals.
The counter to this scenario is that Ghostface is STILL STALKING HER, whether she has progress or not she is still being Stalked and is probably going to go down a few seconds from now because she doesn't know he's there. The only real thing that matters is how much Stalk she has which is nothing.
I Propose----Stalk is only reset on a Survivor when they enter the Dying State on the ground.
If Stalk can't be reset at all then it leads to some nasty plays at the very end where Ghost has been saving his own personal NOED and insta-stalks them. If their progress gets reset on the ground then Ghost still has to start over when they get off the hook.

I actually agree with you

I like Ghostface the way he is now. Otherwise what would be the point of revealing him if not to stop the insta-downing.

You still can make him m1 killer andd extend the chase for 30 sec (if i'm not mistaken) because that's his cooldown

I feel like he's already pretty viable. He's not Spirit level viable, but he's far from being dead-in-the-gutter (Cannibal) level viable.

Wow 30 whole seconds because that's going to help. I do like the idea of him losing some stalk though like maybe 15% each time he hits and 100% if he marks.

Just for your information, a generator takes 80 sec to finish
0 -
But this change can make him more viable than now, but not to op level
0 -
I don't like it as usually I play ghostface as intended and get out of view when they are revealing me to get it off

Wasting 30 seconds of the killer's time is a pretty huge deal in a game where matches only last about 10 minutes, Generators take 80 seconds to complete, and you outnumber the Killer 4-to-1.
That's 30 seconds where all of your teammates are free to heal, do generators and unhook survivors, while the Killer essentially has no power for 30 seconds.

But i'm not against your idea actually, it's fair in my opinion
