Some small but notable things from the 3.3.1 patch.
first, the pigs lobby changes
For one, Pig now displays her traps in the main menu and killer lobbies!

The interesting thing about this first one is, I made a post about pigs weapon being on her left arm in the main menu when it's always on her right hand! I made the argument that switching a weapon that's attached to her arm to her other arm isn't as easy as switching a knife or a clever to the opposite hand...
I wonder if @Peanits or @not_Queen heard about that post... (Most likely though this was a coincidence.)
second, Plunderer's Instinct now gives item auras
Items that're left on the ground and in chests now display a white aura for any Survivor nearby! (If you have Plunderer's Instinct in your perk slot of course.)
No more small keys and flashlights blending into the ground and being lost forever!
third, the instant healing items have been changed again
Quote from the patch notes.
- Styptic Agent: To allow more counter-play we've reduced the time that Endurance will be active from 15 seconds to 8 seconds for the Styptic Agent specifically. Borrowed Time's Endurance timing has not changed.
- Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe: The Heal Over time effect now takes 16 seconds to heal a health state. We've increased the heal over time effect to 16 seconds (up from 8) for the release. As this is an effect that passively heals you while you can do other actions and it can be affected by items/ add-ons and perks we felt that having a timing similar to the regular health state heal made more sense than the 8 seconds that we put on the PTB.
Now the Syringe takes longer to get the heal off, so just using a loop isn't enough! And Styptic Agent has a reduced Endurance status effect time to allow for counter-play!
fourth, mettle of man...
Now, the perk can be activated more than once in a match!... that's it...
fifth, myers tiers being reverted back from tier 3 to tier 2
That's now fixed! No longer will you go into Tier lll and go back into Tier ll right after, missing your chance at a exposed hit.
sixth, some of the nurse's add-ons were changed again
The time they reduce has been changed! Now if you stack both they'll no longer make it as if the base-kit change didn't exist.

- Fixed an issue that would cause the blink recharge timer to start too early if the player attacks after blinking.
- Moved The Nurse's reappearance audio back to the end of blink. It had been mistakenly moved 0.3 seconds earlier when the changes were made to the blink reappearance visuals.
- Torn Bookmark will now properly let The Nurse start with 3 blink charges (it was previously starting with 2 and only charging up to 3 after a blink had been performed) and removed the blink indicator effect.
- Dark Cincture: Blink recharge time modifier changed from -0.6 seconds to -0.4 seconds.
- Fragile Wheeze: Blink recharge time modifier changed from -0.9 seconds to -0.6 seconds
seventh, the undetectable status effect on some killers
Quote from the patch notes.
- Updated certain Killer powers with the Undetectable status effect: The Shape in Tier I of Evil Within, The Pig while in crouch mode, The Wraith while Cloaked, The Ghost Face while in Night Shroud.
Note, Premonition and Spine Chill still work on these Killers.
eighth, the challenge tab can now be closed in post-chat by waving the mouse over it.
The title says it's, if you wave the mouse over the tab in post and pre chat, you can close the tab now!
conclusion
These are some notable things from patch 3.3.1, if I missed anything please do write it down below (Anything you may thing should've been here, or something that was really important I missed!)

And also, did you guys read my post on that pig weapon thing or something? I wasn't expecting that from the patch :o
(By that I mean did you guys see my post on how her weapon is on her left arm in the main menu, now it's a trap to reflect how realistic it would be if she took the weapon off her arm and put it on her other arm)

Indeed! I like the pig change personally, and the Styptic Change gives it more counter-play.
Of course all these changes are nice though, but those are my favorites. (And Plunderer's Instinct giving items auras.)

why is tier 1 Myers affected by premonition and spine chill now? he should be the only killer that has 0 detection, at tier 1 at least, it's a nerf

BHVR wants to make stealth killers more consistent for new players.

I don't know as of the PTB, but in the PTB he was.
So unless the patch notes say he isn't (Which I didn't see anything on it) than he's still seen by premonition and Spine Chill.

That, and perks like OoO destroyed Killers like Tier l Myers, Wraith when cloaked (Which made his power worthless against a Object user) and made using GhostFaces power against a solo OoO user or a SWFs with coms a nightmare...

Just this morning I was using OoO and I got into a game with a new Pig player. I was feeling suicidal so I legit followed her with No Mither and Iron Will for the first minute of the match. I saw her crouch and uncrouch with OoO which meant to me at least that crouching was pointless.

Crouching is situational, it's not as important as like... a whole power like Wraith or GhostFaces, or a passive power like Myers which you can't turn off...

I am aware of the difference. Regardless it's a mechanic that promises you stealth at the cost of moving slower.

Tier 1 Myers has always been immune to OoO and other detection perks. Other stealth killers though, you have a point.

I don't remember if he was immune to OoO or not, that parts fuzzy because I've never been in Tier l for more than a minute. The latest I've had was 2 cause someone did try to loop me around a rock but failed cause it had low walls.
In-general, OoO sucks... and with Tier ll Myers it's kind of worse. And for GhostFace and Wraith it was like... don't cloak around the OoO user or you'll never catch them.

But it wasn't really useful except for like loops or faking dashes, or some stealth moments if you had time.

No aura reading could detect him, keys or perks. This version is actually a sidegrade since he wasn't detectable by spinechill or premonition b4. Those 2 perks work now, but Myers gets the benefit of a 0 TR instead of 6.

This is a thing of beauty. All hail the first Pig ever Pig buff! (As close to a buff as we'll probably get. I heard OoO still works on her in stealth.)

I mean, if you use M&A which most Myers do for Tier ll... than that's kind of pointless don't you think?
Now he can have -8 Terror Radius! Finally, I can heart the Survivors heart beats instead of mine!!! Like, you see how it doesn't really do much? It actually kind of nerfs Tier l just a bit, but those two perks won't really do much since not a lot of people run them that often over perks like Adrenaline, Dead Hard, Balanced Landing, Self Heal, Borrowed Time, Head On, etc.

In a "normal" myers build, ppl will still use monitor for T2, your right. In a T1 build however, You can now add a different perk in that slot.

Unlike the other stealth killers, Myers cannot cancel his stealth if he cant get an ambush in.
Similiar to nurse's dependancy on her blinks, Myers depends on getting ambushes in in EW1 (that includes stalking); Survivors being able to get early warnings against him now is a hard nerf to his kit.

It feels a bit weird to start as Wraith now.
The first thing you'll notice once you gain control over him is a giant circle telling you "Undetectable".
There's 2 as well: The announcement that you got it, and another in the list of current Status Effects.

It's a weird no experience for Wraith to get a buff in awhile...
I can understand how weird it is to have something new happen to him/experiencing it first hand.

Yes, that's true. But it's a 1 in 17 chance you'll get Myers... and if you're not actively expecting a stealth Killer and preparing for it... than you'll have nothing to fear when using him.
Besides, not every Survivor will have it if someone does show up with it in the match. So it's kind of a 1 in 4 gamble, or a 2 in 4 gamble... if it's a SWFs hunting Myers, GhostFaces, Wraiths, etc... than it's a 100% chance but that's rare.

First game as myers last night had 2 spine chills and it made getting out of ew1 pretty rough. Lost a lot of pressure early game.

I love that when you suggest everyone runs meta try hard perks everyone trips over themselves to talk about how they run off meta, then downplays hard when you suggest off meta is a silver bullet to a lower mid tier killer. Love it.
