Michael Myers NERF is ######### ridiculous!
I just wanted to have fun during the Halloween event, so i was doing the Scratched Mirror Michael build as many of you know what that is. And Michael Myers got a supposed Buff that makes it so that he has no terror radius in Tier 1 even when in a chase and also making him immune to all but 2 detection perks.

Don't get me wrong, not everyone runs these perks but iv'e seen an INCREASING AMOUNT OF PEOPLE RUNNING THEM.
I can't even catch survivors off guard anymore, And i can't even get my delicious gen grabs i deserve for survivors not paying attention. I can't wait around corners anymore since survivors change their pathing, survivors will run away as soon as i look at them so i can't intercept. I LITERALLY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS ######### NERF. WHAT ABOUT MY FUN? THE MOST FUN BUILD TO PLAY IN THE GAME AND I CAN'T EVEN ######### PLAY IT ANYMORE??? ALL BECAUSE A SURVIVOR CAN COUNTER ME NOW BY RUNNING AWAY FROM THE SLOWEST KILLER (With Add-ons) JUST BECAUSE I LOOKED AT THEM?
Nice job BHVR, you single handedly broke a killer that didn't need any changes but *Muh streamlined stealth killers*.

After nerfing Pig 3 times in the last year, they nerfed Myers. It seems like devs can't resist to not nerf mid tier killers LMAO.

You said yourself that not everyone runs these perks, and besides this build really only works on low rank survivors who don’t pay attention, or twitch streamers too busy reading chat.

Well I pretty much use Spine Chill all the time, so I don't get caught off guard. It's been a popular perk for a long time, this isn't new... 🧐 And as someone else said, if survivors are paying attention they're no gonna fall for the Myers trick anyway.

This is why I stopped playing him. Dedicated servers completely cucking him out of his tier 3 stabby stab and not to mention ruining the BEST build in the entire game. I've put most of my hours on Daddy Myers and now he feels worse to play than Clown which is saying a lot. They don't care though and never will. They think they know whats best when over half the balance team can't even do a gen with ruin up. In other words, get used to your favourites getting ######### right up the ass with the biggest blackest dildo because that's all thats gonna happen now. Next they're "looking at" spirit because survivors complain way too much. Doctor is being made "more fun to play against" meaning ######### your buffs he's getting changed completely. Used to play mostly killer with some survivor but now, there's no enjoyment in playing killer. At all.

Just bad luck bro. Ive gotten a ######### ton of grabs today as Ghostface. I cant knock their decision because from a fundamental standpoint it does make stealth a more consistent game mechanic. A + B = C instead of A + B = C, unless youre Myers

But seriously, being immune to all detection perks in the game gave michael that extra bit of Uniqueness. Now a part of his power is just a streamlined clone just to make the game more *tidy*

Spine Chill doesn't give you the direction. You could walk into him on accident. Premonition does give you a direction, but it's on cooldown and doesn't give you an exact place he's at. If anything he got buffed because now mirror miers doesn't need Monitor and Abuse and he has undetectable so you can't see where he's at AND if somebody with OoO looks at you they can't see you, but you can see them.

You don't deserve gen grabs. If they're not paying attention they get grabbed. Spine Chill doesn't change that. All it does is give a consistent effect. As for the rise in people running Spine Chill. You can blame the Spirit players for that.

If Spine Chill lights up consistently you know to get off the gen. Many gen grabs are done from coming around a corner, something "paying attention" does little to help with.
They did something similar to Doctor, when they made Snapping Out of It no longer visible with Nurse's Calling. They took a weak killer and made him even worse in the name of "consistency."

To be fair that build is quite strong if played right. I both played it and faced it and it's very hard to counter so I'm fine with it. A bit sad Myers lost a bit of his flavour, though.
In any case, once you understand someone is using those perks you can approach them by looking somewhere else/moonwalking. You must have a good idea of the map to not get stuck on stuff but it's doable and it's guaranteed to make those survivors ######### themselves.

Stop spreading misinformation. He ALWAYS was immune to OoO. That wasn't a buff that was base kit. They fixed a problem that wasn't there and added more counters.

Spine Chill is becoming more and more used due to Spirits.
Myers is slower than the other stealth killers so A + B = C is already flawed logic.
M&A was not a requirement. I could more times hear Myers' breathing before the terror radius. This is before M&A. Having zero TR is not an even trade.
It's easier to look at a perk icon than it is to constantly pan you camera doorway to doorway.
It was a bad change for bad reasoning.

I mean, you get a extra Perk Slot for Scratched Mirror Myers, because you dont need Monitor anymore. Not the worst trade.

I'm joking (even though doing that would make me feel like a complete megamind), but the increase on Spine Chill usage both because more and more people praise the perk and the fact it's good against Spirit does hit sneaky killers the most for sure.

If they really want consistency why not give Amanda the same crouch speed as GF and give Michael a 115% movement speed while in Tier 1?
Why is significantly nerfing Michael's stealth ability without buffing other aspects of his power the only possible response?

If someone is running spine chill/premonition and senses you coming you don't deserve a gen grab. That's reality.

Becoming detectable by Survivor perks when you're still the 2nd slowest Killer in the game is not a fair trade for an extra perk slot.
Regular Michael also only gets a nerf, since you were almost never going to get within 6 meters of a Survivor until you'd Tiered up anyway (But you'll sure as heck have to look at Survivors if you want to hit Tier 2).
Sure he got a minor buff, but for the most part this update was a nerf for Michael.

Literally bought the game because of him. First they introduce ghostface who is almost strictly better, and now to be more consistent with his replacement he's been nerfed, however slightly.

The point of Spine chill doesnt detect Shape Tier1. Is not because Tier1 trump Spine chill
Its because when Survivors use Spine chill, they look at the perk to tell if dangerous is coming (perk light up). There for they dont expect sudden Gen grab from Shape.

No, before the undectectable update, EW1 myers was immune to all detection and aura reading perks, spine chill and premonition didn't work on him, due to him having the second slowest movement speed in the game when in EW1.
Now undetectable made it so that spine chill and premonition work on him, and all myers get is that he doesn't need the M&A perk anymore.
Nerfing pig 3 times wasn't enough, so they needed to nerf another mid tier killer.

Okay, now I get the point of these posts. I don’t have experience on Michael so didn’t know he was immune to some specific perks.
I still don’t get how is he that bad? I mean he was nerfed against a perk nobody use (Premonition) and a barely meta one which some think it’s good and some don’t (Spine Chill) and buffed against everything else.

Read my previous post, I'm getting tired of explaining the obvious part that he has the second slowest movement speed while in EW1.
Also spine chill is being used more often as its effective against the spirit. Preminition was buffed so that it trumps undetectable.

The only buff he received was losing a 6m terror radius. Now monitor is less useful but still pretty mandatory on scream for myers. So yeah. Not much of a buff.

I call this BS too. Why? Simple: The status on stealth Killers is undetectable. So why do two perks DETECT the UNDETECTABLE Killer?

Don't spine chill and premonition both state that they overcome any method the killer uses for stealth? Sounds less like a Nerf for consistency and more of a bug fix.
