12 months away and lobbys still broken as a killer on PC!

Hello all.

Is there a fix for a killer wanting to find a game on the PC?

It never used to be like this, i could go from game to game at one time.

Thats the reason why i never logged in for a year


Any suggestions?

    I'm in Europe and just started playing again so rank 16, and I've been queuing for a lobby for 20 minutes now and still haven't found one as killer. @FireHazard

    So, the issue stems from how ranks and regions work with those ranks in-general...

    So for example, you're rank 16 and your region is Europe... most of the time in Grey Rank or in your case Yellow... it is very dead (Grey more so dead.) it's very common for you to get long queue times because you're in such a dead part of the ranking system.

    The reason behind this is that not many people are at Yellow or Grey rank due to the rank reset happening a few weeks ago... so... people won't be in that rank because they would of already gone ahead to the higher ranks...

    What the Match Making algorithm does is that it searches for ranks that're equal to yours, and the same goes for the Killer of that rank... if it can't find anyone that's the same rank (Because they are either in another match or not many people in that rank are online or there in-general...) than you'll have to wait a lot longer for the MM to find someone who's above those ranks to pair you with..

    That's kind of why Red Ranks get paired with Green and sometimes even Yellow ranks, because their queue times take priority over other people due to how long they've waited... so the MM will pair you with anyone it can find if it takes way too long.
