Can we get an option to push our ranks back to rank 5 if we don't wanna be red ranks?
I bloody hate being red rank, no fun in it, just generators popping at the speed of light and players who know what they are doing and every possible totem spawn
Its not fun, its just stressful to be red ranks and now I pretty much purposely de-pipping to NOT be red rank

I personallly second this. I genuinely groan everytime I get "Ruthless Killer" or "Merciless Killer" in Red Ranks. But then again, if you're good enough to reach Red Ranks I guess you kinda have to be there.
Even though I also hate being there.

It's one of the reasons why I keep my survivor rank hovering around Rank 10. So when Killer gets really stressful, I still have Survivor as a fallback.

I would like this. Give an option to derank instantly to rank 5-8.

The irony in this post is so real. I don’t mean to attack @TheHoodiedOne because I think you’re very reasonable most of the time, but ‘I don’t want to play against survivors who know what they’re doing’ is a tough idea to get behind.

There are players with thousands of hours of experience at all ranks.
Some because they do not play very much, others because they do not like facing good killers.
If you derank you will just be facing the other derankers.
Might as well do your best, and if you fail you will derank anyway.

The ranks are meaningless anyways, all they really do is extend matchmaking times

You can CLEARLY see the differences between a rank 20 and a rank 1 player.

Rank 20 is usually either a new player or someone who got back after a haitus
Rank 1 is someone who plays the game alot or is good
Do they give out rewards? Do they affect the game negatively? Do they affect the game positively?
