So I am an equal killer/survivor player and no matter how hard I spin it, I cant find any justification to rewarding killers without any ability a perk as no-brained as noed. Now hear me out, I dont think the perk should be eliminated, but with the reworks of many perks, i dont see why noed cant be adjusted slightly to better balance it. Killers can easily counter the strongest survivor perks because they are all used early game, but noed has no indicator until end game and with the collapse survivors dont have any reactive counterplay to balance it so I suggest noed work on a token system, balancing fair play with the killer's ability to catch their prey and prevent objective completion:
No One Escapes Death - Killers gain one token to a maximum of 8 for the following: Winning a chase, Hooking a Survivor, Regressing Generators. However Killers will lose tokens for: Remaining less than 5 yards from a survivor when not in a chase, or losing a chase (1 every 10, 15, 20 seconds)
For every token the killer gains .5% action speed increase to a maximum of 4%. When exit gates are powered the hex activates. 8 tokens will allow the killer to knock down an uninjured survivor. 5 - 7 tokens will provide a 5% movement speed increase and 1 - 4 tokens will reduce the killer's terror radius by 10% these abilities are all lost if the totem is destroyed.
