Option for Solo Survivors to AVOID SWF Teams!

I suggested months ago that killers should have the option to avoid going against SWF, but as a solo survivor main I would LOVE this as well. Many SWF teams are kids who suck at the game and are ranked higher than they should be (kill your friends, etc.). They tend to be overly altruistic and ignore the "random" on the hook to help their friends, etc. Please allow us to play only with other solo survivor players as teammates.

I like this idea, and for similar, but different, reasons. I'm usually the rock that SWF scrapes the dirt off their shoes with (they ditch the killer on me).

Anything to this effect would have a detrimental impact on queue times for everyone.

@Rydog Then it would teach SWF groups not to make the game needlessly harder for solo survivors. You make it tough for them, they refuse to queue with your group, you have to wait. It's your own fault.

It would make it harder for everyone. Solo, SWF, killers, everyone. It wouldn't punish one group, it would punish the entire player base.

It sounds like SWF is making the game harder for everyone but SWF. Solo, killers, everyone. The SWF feature punishes the entire player base.

    • The game can't be properly balanced:
      • Buff killers to balance them against SWF; hurts solos.
      • Buff solos against killers; hurts killers who are facing SWF.
    • Solos who are matched with SWF are just pawns and bait to them.
    • SWF gets the benefits of a LOT of perks without ever having to euip them if they're using voice chat.
    • Leaving the post-match tally screen takes ages (for everyone) now that SWF groups remain linked together between matches instead of merely taking a few extra seconds (for the SWF) to re-invite everybody after the match.

If solo players could opt out of SWF matchmaking,

    1. Not every solo survivor's going to, and
    2. It would really only affect SWF's with 3 members.
      1. Groups of 4 don't need solos.
      2. Groups of 2 could pair with other groups of 2.

The problem cannot be just the swf itself, actually, maybe it's "who are them".

    What?

Killers are buffed to SWF levels and survivals have no option to communicate ingame. No way to say "proceed with gen, I will save him" same like you (hooked) cannot point with finger to the traps all around the hook or say "he is camping behind the wall".

This is reason why this game is playable only with friends and voice chats over the game.

Everytime when someone talking about nerfs and buffs, they suppose that game is only about SWF with ultimate perk builds with keys and old insta heals - agains killers without addons and perks.

Hey stay on the grounds. Nevertheless, I understand. You just want easy 4 kills with focusing to the weak randoms.

The other option is for all solo survivors to get bond / empathy perks for free - as all SWF groups essentially get them for free and can tell where other survivors are, how many are going for a save, how many are on gens, etc.
