Does Infectious Fright interrupt Survivor repair actions when they scream?
Does it interrupt the likes of repairing , Healing , and Sabotage actions? Or is there no interaction like this?

It doesn't interrupt repairing unless they've changed it. The other two I'm not sure.

It will interrupt some actions but not repairing. I think it can interrupt a hook rescue and healing. Not sure about sabo.

it does interrupt actions. Including repairs. Fixing the bug brought in a new bug; it's not supposed to interrupt.

Well, regardless if it does or not... it's a 2 second long interruption. We know that you'll give the notification if you're within range of the Terror Radius, and since it interrupts every other action... than it would interrupt repairing as well.
Regardless, even if it does that... you'll still just be able to hold M1 and continue repairing... so it doesn't really matter if it does or not.
But yes, it does... why wouldn't it?
