ONE thing that will make him some what decent
- Remove slowdown when revving chainsaw. That's it, so why can't he get buffed in one week the way Ghostface did when he came out on ptb.

Considering he can't use his chainsaw for map traversal, I'd say this would be fair. Anywhere between 5 and 10 percent faster would likely be balanced.

Yeah they could bump that up a tiny bit, if it’s still in a bad spot maybe a little more. Poor guy on average gets looped to the heavens and back unless blood lust
