Best killer for beginner
I play DbD since day one, I'm a survivor main, cause I am just too bad to play killer. Since I need to play both roles to get all the fragments for the rift I wanted to know which killer would be good for a noob like me and which builds are the best in lower ranks.

Stealth killers are great for getting that first hit off, but they can struggle when in a chase. Trapper is a very basic killer, and his traps are very easy to catch people out at lower ranks.
Doctor can be quite good too, with Distressing. Preferably with a yellow Order add-on too. He gives off great detection and map pressure.
I wouldn't recommend going straight to Nurse or Spirit as they can be pretty hard to get a hang of.
Hillbilly is also great for map mobility, and his chainsaw is an instant down, but I personally hate how 90% of Hillbillies use their power. That is to say, super close to me.

Since you need some Trapper Perks anyway for the Challenges (Agitation and Brutal Strength), I would say Trapper. Also he forces you to travel the Map and his Trap Placement might help with learning how to go for Loops as Killer.
Other than that, Wraith is pretty good at the start. He is easy to get some Hits in.

I'm assuming you have no perks unlocked on any of your killers? Assuming you have just the basic Killers I would say go with Wraith, not having a TR is very helpful and you can find Survivors easier since they won't know you're coming. Sloppy Butcher, Bloodhound, Whispers, and I guess Shadowborn would be an ok loadout, you got tracking and you got Survivors healing very slowly. You can play Trapper if you want but know the odds are against you but when you win it feels Good, nothing feels better than hearing someone step in a well placed trap.
This video will help you make better choices and give you better advice, Otzdarva is amazing and this vid is geared towards Killers who only have the basic perks and gives strategies, hope it helps.

thank you all so much for the quick replies :D
Well I have all killers, but non of them leveled up. But I've bought some perks on the shrine like bbq, enduring and pop, cause I'm sure I won't level up bubba, hillbilly or the clown to get the teachables.

I would recommend demo if you can buy him, but for the free killers I’d say wraith since he’s not that hard to use

The best killer for learning the very basics of chase mechanics and lunge distances is probably Wraith.

Hillbilly.
- He is a very straight forward killer and easy to pick up and learn. But he is hard to master so you always have room to get better.
- He's one of the top killers in the game. If you pick a killer like Wraith you will reach a point where you will struggle really hard to win even if you get better because he is weak. You won't have this issue as much with Billy.
- He's a fun killer to play.
- His base perks are all not bad. Enduring is a meta perk. Tinkerer can help you track survivors and gen progress while giving you no TR which can be a lot of fun. Lightborn will help you against flashlights, which you will run into more as you rank up and something newer killers fall for often.
- He is cheap. Currently, he has no pink add-ons and only a few purple add-ons. His best add-on is Carb Tuning Guide which is green. You don't need to dump as much BP into him as other killers because of that. But this is set to change so start leveling him up now.
- If you got BBQ from the Shrine, that's an amazing perk on him. Besides giving extra BP, Billy can take full advantage of the aura reading with chainsaw sprint.
- Best "free" perks for him: Whispers, Deerstalker, Sloppy Butcher, Bitter Murmur (if you can't get BBQ), Iron Grasp.
- Best teachable perks for him: BBQ & Chilli, Hex Ruin, Nurse's Calling, Infectious Fright, Spirit Fury (use with Enduring), Pop Goes The Weasel, Thrilling Tremors, Discordance.

As @thesuicidefox said.
Fun killer, you'll learn skill quick, you can one shot and he has great map pressure, travels around the map fast.

To be honest I'd chose hag,
- She can teleport
- It alerts you when someone's stepped in a trap
- Traps can help in a loop/chase
- At lower ranks her perks can help tremendously (not just ruin but devor hope as well as you tend to run from the hook and your tokens can get to 3 easily)
- And you can trap exit gate/hatch (can work better on the hatch with a add-on to have collision with the traps
Try all the killers and find your preference
