ANY MEANS NECESSARY: WHAT?! So... all members of SWF is gonna run this, you drop the God pallet at shak after a 2 1/2 mins loop, go away for 3 seconds whyle one of your teammates goes to it, fixes it, you return to shak loop, use god pallet again, repeat as much as you want as long as all 4 of you have the perk... Nice!
WHAT?! This is a must have for SWF that's gonna be tough AH to counter...

Lol any half decent killer will break most of the safe pallets immediately nullifying that perk

Only dropped, not "broken". You can't fix broken pallets, so it's not that bad. God pallet is top priority in breaking anyway.

For a few weeks killers will break pallets instantly, so I doubt survivors in decent ranks even get a chance to use the perk

To be honest if it was broken pallets I'd be pissed but since it's pallets already thrown down it's not that bad.

For nemesis if you are blinded or stunned by a pallet won't you not be able to see the aura?

Breakup not stacking means it's safely a "Good but not OP" perk. I'm pleasantly surprised, Breakout and Any Means Necessary are both good. After Nancy finally brought more useful perks I thought we'd seed the last of any good Survivor perks for a while.
As for the killer's, Zanshin is basically WoO for killers and is just as newbie-oriented. The others have potential. Although, Nemesis just sounds comedic. Obsession whiplash.

Lucky break might become a really decent perk.

is probably very strong and a lot of fun too. Cant wait to try that out.

Just break the pallet, most killers do it anyways (especially at shack) and with this perk it's gonna encourage killers to do it more. Perks not OP, if killer decides to break the pallets the perk becomes useless. I still remember when everyone was saying Deliverance was OP during the PTB and it's rarely used, lol.

The cooldown will probably be lower at higher tiers. Even if it wasn't I doubt the cooldown will be the limiting factor.
I'd say it's best on normally Killer sided/balanced maps where you have a lot of unsafe pallets. Hawkins Lab comes to mind. Because those pallets are valued for their stun only and Killers usually avoid breaking them since once dropped they can ignore them anyways.
So this perk can either force them to go back and break the pallet wasting their time, or let you get multiple stuns with the pallet if they don't.
Safe pallets will obviously be broken instantly or almost instantly of course.

His perks are quite good, Zanshin Tactics is a beginner perk but that's okay and it might have synergies, Nemesis and Blood Echo are pretty good not gonna lie.
Imagine Blood Echo with Barbecue and Chili, you can see a survivor from far away after hook, and you chase them but they have exhaustion and can't stop you.

Its not even noob-oriented. Its straight up useless. A Survivor knowing where vaults are is useful. A Killer follows the Survivor. You dont really care if they are running to a vault/pallet or not, because they always will. And if they are running towards a dead zone, you wont play any different with or without the perk.

Once you know Survivors are going to put themselves in position to pick up a pallet that knowledge can be used to your advantage.
Breaking pallets is basically a perk slot wasted for Survivors.
At least they're not using adrenaline instead.

Haha this is actually funny cause I throw myself sometimes the wrong pallet and I am like oops ^^ . I guess that was the idea of the perk all along ... cause I don't really see any other serious use of it anyway. Similar to Pebles it feels like. Made for fun if it works
