Your save data is separate but linked to your PSN account. So, as long as you're using your original PSN account than you'll still have your save data load up on DBD.

The way it works is, your DBD save data is stored on a cloud in BHVRs systems, so, despite the PS4 being completely different it's still linked to your PSN you logged into DBD with.

So basically, you'll be fine, your progress will still be there when you re-install and load up DBD with your original PSN.
