DS needs two changes
In it's current state it's way to powerful and therefor it needs to be changed
- reduce stun by 1 seconds to 4 seconds. It was increased to 5 seconds due Enduring having an effect on it. The effect is no longer there, so it should be changed
- Either make the non obssesion wiggle to 35% until DS can be used or turn off DS if somebody else gets hooked while you're downed.
Now why do I suggest this: Simply because the perk has way too much strength, especially in the end game.

1st one is meh maybe 4 second stun itd be equal to a legion stun so i guess makes sense 2nd one definitely though since its a anti TUNNEL perk if someone else gets hooked besides you its served its purpose.

This seems alright, it keeps the strength of DS while feeling more fair to Killers.

Wiggle DS could be worst than normal at times.
DS is in a better place than it was before.

DS is fine where it is. You have to down and pick up someone 60 seconds after they were hooked. Pay closer attention to who you're going after. It's so easy to counter now.

You want to have Non-Obsesssion DS back? The biggest BS ever? Sure, Killer slugs the Obsession because he does not want to get hit by DS, he picks up another Survivor and gets hit after 35% Wiggle or needs to juggle again... But this time not one Survivor, but 3 of them.
Eh. Its fine where it is.
