QUIT TO SPAWN HATCH EXPLOIT

The hatch spawn wasn't made with the understanding that people would soon be quitting just to either cuck their killer (a favorite pastime for many) or give their friend a free escape (also cucking said killer). Three games in a row (purple) have I experienced the instant hatch escape upon disconnect. Is this honestly not seen as an exploit of in game mechanics? I don't believe this was the intended use of the hatch spawn, this seems so far from fair for the killer to reward survivors for their failures. It is ruining my ability to enjoy the game at all now.

Do you want to ban me? Lets do this. I am done with this game already.

Hatch is apart of the game mechanics. Killer job is hooking survivors. If the killer kills 3 survivors, hatch is the last chance for last "best" survivor (Nothing "free" - 3 people paid with his lifes). Killer is able to see and hear the hatch as well as survivor. Killer is faster than survivor. Killer do not need to run quietly. He have much better chance to find the hatch as first.

If the killer start wasting survivor time and let him in dying state, killer is abusing game mechanics.

Or you can start also with argument that game allows the sluging and this is reason why the sluging is OK. Then, I d like to tell you, my game have "LEAVE MATCH" button and allows me left the match.

Homeboy, not everyone dc's because they got slugged. Two disconnected on hook, the other disconnected right after I knocked him. There is nothing fair about that. Focus on the main point. I'm not concerned with the hatch being in the game, but the hatch shouldn't spawn the same if steps are being skipped by quitting the game.

Survivors: Killer shouldn't slug to get a win! It's not fair!!!

Meanwhile, you have perks like tenacity, unbreakable (which is meta for anti-slugging) along with many other perks to counter slugging. But you think that one of you deserves a free escape because the killer isn't playing the way you want them to? Then play killer.

I had a game where 3 people DC'd because "we needed to deplete our med kits and you're playing plague." Well, I hope your friend enjoyed not getting the hatch either. So thank you for wasting add-ons and an offering. Survivors need to stop acting like they own the game even though the devs kind of make this more survivor friendly.

What he said was childish, but he does have some what of a point.

When a surivior is slugged, they can't do anything, so the gameplay would just be them waiting in the ground for like 4 minutes until they die. This just makes the gameplay boring (not unfair) because whay enjoyment does a player get when knowing he is unable to do anything.

That isn't a fair argument to why I killer should not let a surivior do gens because they done zero. A team mate could have disconnected, not a high enough rank to understand what they are meant to do and you could have applied too much map pressure with a lot of slow down perks to prevent suriviors from doing gens.

The same can be said for killers that get zero sacrifice in a game against rank 1 swf team, but still has come back perks such as noed activated even though they done nothing to prevent gens being done quickly.

It's almost like people playing survivor actually want to play the game not crawl on the floor doing literally nothing for 4 minutes, wow!

ok, if you keep dcing though you're gonna get banned. Slugging is ok, dcing isn't, so who's really gonna be LOLing in the end?

Also, stop being so negative, no need to be rude too get you're point across.

No bullshits please. I was honest.

Why do you think that this game is falling down with less and less players? Because you are people who want to punish guys which DC after minutes dying on the ground. And you are the people which want to reward killers which camping, sluging and tunneling as apart of great strategy.

    Yes, this game needs:

    • more skins every week - 10€+
    • Start punishing people who want to play for fun and keeps only tryhards/exploiders abusing game mechanics to 4K
    • Worse dedicated servers, at least 800ms ping. Hits over the windows are too fine, we need hits over half of the map.

I've already stated I didn't slug any of the three who quit so that their buddy's could insta-escape hatch. Any other problem you're complaining about, please save it for another thread.

    Use unbreakable.

I agree DC to give hatch is "exploitation of out of gameplay mechanics for an ingame advantage" similar to when people would disconnect when downed by Caviera in Siege to avoid being interrogated and giving their teams positions away. (Thankfully it was patched.)

99% of the time I'm not even slugging for a long length of time. Usually it happens less than 10 seconds after I down them.

AT THE VERY MOST it's 4 minutes to bleed out. I've been slugged for a 4K plenty of times, and if I don't have unbreakable I simply see if I can crawl away and bleed out into the dirt instead of being sacrificed.

The same can be said if survivors DC on death hook or during endgame to "Counter" BBQ's aura reveal or to avoid proccing stacks or perks such as Blood Warden and Pop Goes The Weasel. I've had a few endgame power plays denied via DC.

I am hoping the DC husk system the devs want to eventually implement will help counter the DC into hatch tech because I feel the disconnection punishments won't be enough to stop Survivor Team Six from making a Tactical Disconnect to screw over the killer.
