Change BT and DS
BT - so that endurance can only be applied if survivor has spent at least 20 seconds on the hook. I doubt this perk was intended to be used right in killers face as soon as he hooked a survivor.
DS - should no longer activate when grabbed from a locker, totem, chest generator, exit gate or while trying to unhook a survivor.

I think Decisive is mainly annoying when it's paired with other perks which really boost it's effectiveness, like deliverance, unbreakable and adrennaline etc. but on multiple survivors making it feel like you are outnumbered,and stunnable for up to like 20 seconds (32 if you include head on and not even beginning to include pallets).
Sometimes it really does feel like you're 16 perks versus 4 as killer.

@Rokku_Rorru It's not really about that, it's how those 2 perks are used. When people unhook in front of you as soon as you're able to move after a hook and then rescued survivor sitting in front of you without a care in the world rushing the gen while still injured because he knows he's invincible for 60 seconds. You don't have any pressure.

Oh I'm definately with you there, but it's heightened with communication also like can be stressful to deal with as killer. You are forced to leave people on the floor even if the survivors are the ones making the aggressive decisions which should be punished (like bodyblocking for the person who just saved them). But we get complained about if we camp or bring a mori, which is the counter for it at times, especially as trapper when you need to play around 3 gens which are close together controlling a zone.

Ds has no business activating when you're grabbed. If you're going to just do something else when the killer is in grabbing distance, you've grown too complacent

The BT nerf seems like it'd be more of a hassle to manage, especially for solos that flock to the hook immediately so a suggestion I've heard that seems fair would be to give it a cooldown. Or heck, make it only once per trial again. Then it'd really only be "borrowed" time.
This would probably solve a lot of issues with DS, especially if you keep the 60 second timer and just slug the survivors that try to bait you into grabbing them off gens or out of lockers. Would really punish them for their risky plays and actually give the killer some power back to pressure survivors. I say hell yeah.
