Insidious + 1 hit killer = too easy to abuse against solo players
Queuing for a long time then you made a small mistake and then used as a bait for other players with no means of communication. Only the killer is having fun with this, and there are lots of these spineless or just want to grief other players here in SEA region. Around 80% of killers I encounter lately just camp and tunnel freshly saved players despite of being safe unhook and other players are desperately shielding that survivor.
Can you please nerf this perk so it won't get abused? Like, progression of the bar will stop if the killer is at least 20 meters away from the hooked survivor, or if within the basement or 30 meters away from the entrance of the basement where the hooked survivor is.

You only see one game in a hundred match or more, it's boring to play like that as the killer, possibly memeing

The perk is already garbage, standing perfectly still to use it, it doesn't cancel the killer's breath, unless basement camping, you can easily see the killer, and also you kinda realize it if the killer is basement camping, based on how the match goes.
Also, is kinda hilarious that in order not to get insidious abused, you introduce a mechanic that would be super abused (also 30 meters? Do you actually know how much is it in this game?)

more than 60% of killers here in SEA are boring killers. Chinese and Thailanders are well-known here as players who just want to win at any cost. In DBD they just camp, tunnel freshly unhooked survivors, and even using the combo mentioned in the title. Most of them are playing not for "normal" fun, but either they grief players or plainly just to win.
On other games, they are well known in cheating just to ensure they would win.

Well, it works here in SEA for solo players. Like, it is super effective. When I'm the first one that got hooked, everyone is falling for it like moths. There are also times I figured that the killer is using insidious, and I tried to block the entrance to the basement while trying to warn them by using the hand signals but the other 2 still rushed in there. It is completely frustrating.
Can't I have fun games at least 90% of the time? I don't care if I died on hook. But please stop camping and hunting freshly unhooked survivors. A small mistake made by a survivor will become a huge punishment if the killer is complete arsehole.
Today, out of my 12 games, all of them have killers that did camped or hunted freshly unhooked survivors 'til they died. Probably some of them stopped doing that after the first kill, but still, that survivor's time in lobby got wasted because of the arsehole killer killed them immediately. So please, add some penalty to killers that tries to kill someone immediately to discourage them from doing this. We can't completely stop this kind of behavior but at least do something that would mitigate it.
Waiting several minutes in matchmaking just to get killed within the first few minutes.

Spine chill is a good counter perk for insidious. When face camping, I either hold the hook for other players to gen rush or I gen rush myself.

When Kindred shows me a Killer aura standing still and then suddenly vanishing, I'll know. :P
EDIT: Forgot Insidious does not grant the Undetectable Status (yet). So that's not even an issue for me. :P
