Perk Idea: Hex: Witch´s skin
The bond with the entity is deep and powerful, The entity has given the ability to take the survivors benefits, every time you hit a survivor, they´ll will lose 0,1,2 of their perks and they will suffer the hindered status effect of 1,2,3%. The effects last as long a the totem stays up

This is actually not a bad idea, just replace the effects you have with Exhaustion and it might actually be in the game someday

Hahaha the survivors would be very angry on the forums if it took their DS or something and got them tunneled though.
fair or not if it makes survivors angry it will probably never happen.

I would be fine with this. Yes it takes 2 perks but it's a hex, just cleanse it.

Hex: Memory Lost: hitting the survivor calls on to the entity to disable certain memories causing the survivor to lose access to perks. (Copy paste OP stats)
