Nurse Cool Down, A Suggestion

This is quite boring. Half the time I'm chasing the survivor at 3.85 m/s while waiting for my blinks to come back. I can tell the survivors are bored with it too or confused on how to act while I'm floating around. Having to wait for her power to refresh isn't like other killers with cool downs. Other killers can continue to chase and apply pressure to the survivor while their power refreshes. The Nurse has to gently glide after them removing all tension from the chase.

It's like taking mini breaks in between chases. Chase pause resume

Not riveting game play I'm afraid. It's also a pain to travel across maps outside chases.

I would like nothing more than this be removed and bring Nurse back her basekit to what it once was. But I understand you won't do such a thing. So what about changing how the cool down functions and hopefully make both sides a bit happier?

You want the cool down to give survivors more of a chance to get away. Increasing fatigue was out of the question due to motion sickness and whatnot. What I want is to chase without breaking into a slow M1 killer and be able to move around the map without having to micro manage blinks. What about if the cool down applied to blink attacks and the time were based on how many blinks you used during the chain? This would apply to hits as well as missed swings in order to incentivize precise blinking and not blind swinging. As well it allows the Nurse to travel the map and continue chases. When the cool down is active the Nurse would be unable to blink again until it expires. This would remove the counter on her power and the cool down would apply to her whole power instead. One blink plus a swing would be 3 seconds, two blinks 6 seconds and three blinks 9 seconds.

I hope you take this into consideration from a Nurse player that enjoyed playing her and playing against her. I believe this would make the Nurse more enjoyable to play as and better as a whole.
