Is it only me who thinks that a survivor should have such a difficult adept like a killer?

Rather, I think killer adepts should be easier like the survivor ones - the way they used to be. The only reason the achievements are as they are now is because the killer adepts were tied to the scoring system in a way that the survivor adepts were not, and the scoring system changed.
It's pretty much impossible to change the achievements themselves, but it is possible to change how the game defines a "merciless victory". The issue has been commented on by a developer, who said that although it is something they would like to look into in the future, it's not currently a big priority.

What do you mean by "impossible to change the achievements themselves"? Can't they just change goal from 2 pips to kill 4 survivors in one trial? It's pretty damn dumb if they're not able to change already implemented achievements or maybe they can and I misunderstood you.

See the post @Milo linked you above. They can change the Steam achievements, but because of how trophies are policed on consoles it's pretty much impossible for them to negotiate changes to those. The only way that Microsoft/Sony will allow changes is if the trophy is no longer possible to achieve.
