Punishment because game crashes while loading?

Twice now I've gotten a dc punishment because the game has crashed while loading. I don't believe players should be punished for something that is out of their control and I'm hoping in the near future we can remove punishments for dc'ing in the loading screen, as this is oftentimes nobody's fault but the game and prevents the match from happening anyway, so it's not on the same level as dc'ing mid-match
