The trapper still needs changes

After the last patch the trapper get better but need small changes in some addons, what do u think about this?

Power:
The trapper start the game with 2 bear traps and transportation.
All traps are slightly darkness. (without addons)

Trapper bag (rework) This benefit is alike the trapper sack, I think it should be changed.
Start with 2 extra Bear Traps.
Allows the transportation of 2 extra Bear Traps.

Stitched Bag (rework)
Start with 3 extra Bear Traps.
Allows the transportation of 3 extra Bear Traps.

Finally, the maps need to be changed, for example: Gideon in this map the power of trapper is a useless because can not hide the traps, need some areas with a grass.

With this changes the trapper would be a good killer, I think don't proposed nothing wrong, has 2 repeated addons and needs more traps, tis the the trapper and the irony is that the Hag has 10 traps, in my opinion this is not logic.

I hope everyone understands my propossal.

    I feel like logwood should be built into it and should always be able to carry 2 traps. Because if you want to be able to set up quickly you need a bag and ruin.

    Trapper will even be nerfed in the next patch. Im just letting my old beloved trapper die now, I lost hope in the devs

    The only thing I think Trapper needs:

    Auras of unset traps need to be more vivid. Bright red, like survivor auras, or yellow/white so they can be seen at a further distance.

    Being able to reset a trap without picking it up.

    I agree with Hodderfodder.

    The Trapper is perfectly fine as is. I think the issue is people playing as the trapper expect too much of their traps. Higher level traps can be almost impossible to escape from.

    Besides most killers just use the traps to AFK Hookcamp. I tend to find Trappers are among the worst Hookcamping offenders.

    Alls he needs is to start out with 2 and able to carry 2 at base.... and hed be good.  Nothing crazy

    I would add bigger trap range. Mostly because of the game map as corridors in it are so ######### wide there are barely any places where trapping is possible.
    That map also have no bushes whatsoever so trapper daddy have a hard time.

    I wish that the game just loaded with the traps open. Not in ideal spots, they can be scattered randomly but at least have them spawn open. I would also agree on them being darker by default

    i agree, that he needs another rework, since the last buff didnt really give him much power, but some nice QoL changes (Add-On reworks do not count as a buff, since they dont buff his basic ability)
    the ideas you made sound real good and i also thought about a lot of them myself, but i doubt he'll get some love anytime soon

    Dude… are you aware that traps under hooks don't exist anymore…? Like half year or so?No "Afk hook camping with traps"
    So what you say is… not so smart...

    What you're asking for is crazy. The trapper is fine the way he is. you shouldn't need them darker without aadons if you strategically place them on the game you should be fine. I'm a rank 1 trapper and I do just fine Bloody coil will have survivors scared of disarms . Even if you don't trap them the traps are good for keeping survivors away from loops and what not. If you're still having trouble with trapper EVEN after this recent buff you should probably rethink your strategy with him or use a more viable killer.

    Beartraps should not become "darker" but more "transparent".
    So the surface wouldn't matter.

    My thought for making him a Top-Tier Killer was for him to start out with all of his traps, he takes so much time to even collect a trap, let alone go to a spot to place it, his canmaybe allow for the old trap timing placement, and some other value changes

    Don't forget to let him reset traps without having to pick them back up.

    It makes no sense to me that you can disarm his traps without some sort of toolbox or injuring yourself without his addon in the process. It's a bear trap for god sake, not a mouse trap.

    Git gud? But then I hit the great skillchecks even more frquently and the gens even go faster. I dont understand that logic
