Could it work
Ok hear me out on this but what if there was a perk that would increase survivor speed by 50% when injured. It can only happen once. So if you heal then get injured again no speed boost. What you guys think?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're describing perma-Sprint Burst until healed. No one wants a literally uncatchable survivor...
