I ordered a hoodie and they took the money and literally never sent a single email or follow up and will not return any calls or emails to us. I thought this was supposed to be better??

We placed the order on December 14, no email confirmation, no order number. So we contacted them that day, then again this Monday, then again Wednesday, then again today.

Well, it's sort of still a holiday break for some workers... and you did put this in on December 14, only 11 days before Christmas.
While it's odd that the order wasn't given something like an automated message to inform you... or something, I doubt they just stole your money for a hoodie... it sounds like there's something going on behind the scenes there.
This is the best I can do for you, unless a dev or mod comes in here to give you some insight on the issue, than I can't do much more for you i'm afraid.

Not much else that we can honestly do tbh, maybe you can try support again on the issue, otherwise this is all I'm able to do.. or anyone here can do for that matter...
Unless a dev or mod responds of course, but they can be busy with other issues atm, so don't get discouraged if they don't, as the notification implies, they stop by from time to time.
