Survive with friends gen speed idea
Since most swf groups are voice comm and it's a huge advantage for swf versus a solo killer, they can just inform each other of killer location, who is getting chased so the others can rush gens and some other critical information... It results in a really quick match and unfair for killer players.
So here's my idea to give the killer more time to play their game vs swf survivors.
Basic gen speed for solo survivors is 80s, keep the same as of right now.
For a particular number of swf group, time to repair a gen is increased by 15%.
For example, a swf lobby:
With 2 people, gen time would be +15%, takes 92s for an individual in that group to repair a gen.
With 3 people, gen time +30%, takes 104s for an individual in that group to repair a gen.
With 4 people, gen time +45%, takes 116s for an individual in that group to repair a gen.
These only applied for a particular group of swf, for example if there were 2*2swf lobby, means it only takes 92s to repair cause these are seperate groups, basic gen speed is 92s for all 4 of them.
If there were 2swf + 2 solo, exchange rate for swf individual is 80/92 ~ 0.87 charges/person/s.
When 2 people, 1 solo and 1 in swf group doing a same gen, converted to basic 80s speed and applied the same rule for 2 people doing gen: 0.9*0.87 + 0.9*1 = 1.683 charges/s till fully 80 charges. Same for 3 people, if 2swf + 1 solo on a gen: 0.8*0.87*2 + 0.8*1 = 2.192 charges/s till fully 80 charges, if 1swf + 2 solo: 0.8*0.87 + 0.8*2 = 2.296 charges/s till fully 80 charges.
If there were 3swf + 1 solo, exchange rate for swf individual is 80/104 = 0.769 charges/person/s. Apply same rules for doing a same gen.
No exchange rate for 4swf lobby. 116s becomes basic gen speed. Apply same rules for doing a same gen.
Also this swf gen speed should be disabled for white ranks players.

We can't punish people for playing with their friends. Firstly, because it's just unreasonable, and will turn a lot of players off the game (since the bulk of new players that pick up DBD do so to play with their friends).
Secondly, because it won't work. I can tell you right now that parties will just split up and queue seperately, and then dodge lobbies until they find each other, to avoid being penalised for the crime of queuing together. This increases queue times for everyone involved, makes things needlessly inconvenient for those in the party and negatively affects their experience of the game as a result, and makes zero difference as far as the issue you're trying to solve is concerned. You're also punishing solo players for something they can't control - being matched with a SWF group - which is simply unjust.
In other words, all this would do is create a worse experience for everyone involved - the party, the killer, the other survivors they get placed into lobbies with - for no substantial reward.

It's not a punishment, it means to prolong the game for the killer when playing against swf. I'm ok to play against swf but those matches only last for like 5-7 minutes compared to 10+ minutes as usual matches. Plus when people decided to play swf, they already know what to do, how to play, this is just a little more challenge for them unless there are something else to pull them off the gens.

It is a punishment. That may not be your primary intention, but that's what it amounts to. You are penalising them because they want to play with their friends, which is both unreasonable and unproductive.

It's not something crazy, not a buff, debuff to anything, mostly depends on killers ability and their skills, when they stacked together, they already know what to expect, what their friends playstyle and how to coop...
If you said unreasonable and unproductive then why did the devs put a penalty gen speed when survivors doing a same gen in the first place? Just like when survivors playing with friends in the same lobby, because this gain them a huge advantage.

Because gen speed penalties are neither unreasonable nor unproductive. They don't single anyone out, they're fair, and they effectively do what they're trying to do. None of which can be said about the idea of penalising SWF for queuing together, especially since there's no way to reliably tell whether the SWF party is even using voice communications in the first place.

I'm fine with just making generators longer to do across the board and remove all addons and items that makes them go faster. This is probably the only solution to the current situation of the game that most killers will accept other than removing swf's from matchmaking completely. The game is already on it's way to death if they do nothing, so they need to do one of those 2 to keep the game going another year or 2.
Most of the community already quit so they will need to do something to change the game otherwise it's just a matter of people leaving with few joining. They need to go back on their stance on SWF's. That is the sole reason people probably quit the game.
