Change Huntress's Lullaby from a Hex to a normal perk.
It's a bargain bin Ruin with more counterplay and a lesser effect, no reason why it should have the same weaknesses as it. Having that would give killers more potential options for slowing down game speed while keeping it reasonable.

Please no, permanently having no warning on skill checks not to mention the additional regression, its too much to be just a passive perk

cause heaven forbid the survivors should have to pay attention to the gens they're repairing.

So what you're saying is that it'd be to broken and unfair if survivors were punished for making mistakes? Because if you gave the killers 5 hooks and can't even focus enough to hit skill checks without a warning then I don't think a killer's perk should be blamed for your problems.

Maybe bump up the amount of hooks for full mute, but this would be nice.

This buff not make game easier for survs, so no. All patch note about ruin is about survivors. In short: Killer should try harder, survivor should play for fun.

Huntress's lullaby is incredibly powerful, being able to almost entirely remove the ability to heal or do gens is incredibly strong, but making that a permanent passive ability will be too much, without any risk to the killer, they will almost always know where every survivor is, not to mention the passive regression being caused by the constant missed skill checks, not to mention the effect it could have if used with doctor when combined with unnerving presence and overcharge. I understand that Lullaby needs a buff but this isn't the way to go about it.

Agree, Huntress lullaby is powerful, but it's underwhelming, it needs to build up, and it takes a while, Hex perks are mostly for early game, except for Devour Hope to an extent and No One Escapes Death, doing skillchecks isn't that hard even with delay, either buff to make the silent earlier, or buff to remove the Hex of it and increase tokens to 6 or 7, when every survivor is almost on second hook already.

It doesn't remove jack. It makes skill checks harder to hit, and if the survivors can't hit it then that's their fault. You're saying that it's not fair that survivors should be punished if they fail when presented with a challenging mechanic.
