In order to kill a survivor you must have hooked all survivors once.
OR
You can kill previously hooked survivors after the second generator has been completed.

Hooking all survivors once is fair.
But as another commenter said, it isn't going to matter anyways.

As a survivor you wait 10-15 minutes for a match sometimes while as a killer I always immediately find a match, but the catch is I’m a green rank always going against purple-red rank SWF, and I know I’m not the only one with this issue. My point is, the match making issues and wait times are probably because there are so many more survivors than killers, the more months I play of this game the slower wait times are for survivors. I think giving killers constant nerfs is driving killers away, and if this keeps going it’s gonna be a huge issue if it isn’t already. I know survivors have received some nerfs, but it’s hard to argue that they’ve gotten more than killers at this point. I think Behavior needs to start looking out for their killer base before they lose too many, because I’m fixing to stay a survivor because of the matchmaking issue alone.

Make it so that once every generator, you can mori someone that has previously been hooked.
At the moment Moris I find more broken than keys since moris can be used at 5 gens, whereas keys you need to complete gens for it to spawn.

I could make the argument that moris can only be used after you hook people, but you have a point. I personally think they're equally bullshit and should both be reworked.

I completely agree. I guess this could be a bandaid fix for the moment, but they need to be changed for sure.

But games are often done so quickly, can't it be in the killer's favor for once? I'd rather have it after everyone's been hooked once instead of once every gen.
And keys take way less skill than Moris do. If you mori at the wrong time you can still lose, you can also never be able to use it against survivors if they're never caught.

That just sounds like you are getting out played. It would put Moris 100% on par with keys, and then after the devs can look into how to rework them.

I didn't say I frequently had this issue, but that it is a possibility. Keys get left behind on the map and guarantee an escape when it should be certain death...

I see where you're coming from, and I agree. Both Moris and keys should not reward cheap kills/ escapes for no effort.
