I lost my smoking splinter how can i get it back?
I leveled up michael and found a smoking splinter in my bloodweb i used it goes into the came and i spawned in as michael so i disconected to see if i lost the offering and it was gone

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any way to retrieve lost offerings. The splinters seem to have been bugged for a while now and not working for a lot of people, which was likely one of the reasons the devs have decided to remove them. When the patch that is currently on the PTB goes live, all splinter offerings will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to find them in bloodwebs.

Wish I had some, than I can hoard them with the rest of my Event items...

I forgot that I have a lot of Smoking Splinters, since I refused to buy Freddy before his rework and than fell in love with his pre-rework version after, so i'm good ;)
But yeah, I wouldn't worry about it now. They'll be removed soon when the next patch comes out from the PTB. The Offerings a quite buggy anyways, so this is a good reason to WHY they're being removed.
Other reasons too, but the bugginess is one of them.

Better use them now if you want them, since it won't matter how many you have when the patch comes out. They're not only being removed but also disabled, like the moon bouquet offerings.

Oh I know that, that's why I won't be using them lmao (Except the ones on the Killers that don't have P3-50, since they'll be removed if and when I prestige them).
Weirdos like me enjoy having disabled offerings in their back-logged offering screen, its just a little keepsake to something that once was.
That's why some people with the Moon Bouquet offerings didn't use them, or if they did, they only used a little amount of them BEFORE they were disabled, not the whole thing.
