Discordance needs to be adjusted
So I just saw this in my bloodweb:
Now I have to take Discordance II because the entity isn't active yet. Just imagine this happening at P3. It's ridiculous that the perk still gets worse when you upgrade it. It wouldn't even be that bad if you could either refuse to upgrade a perk or choose between all unlocked tiers in the loadout screen. However, stuff like this happens so the perk needs to be looked at in my opinion.
An easy change would be to just swap the descriptions of tier I and III. I can't believe that that would be hard.

I don’t run discordance because of the explosion getting in the way of aiming hatchets however I am curious as to what the differences are and why they should be moved?

Each level increases the cooldown between explosions by 2 (8/10/12 seconds at tier 1,2 and 3)
So by upgrading it to tier 3 you're getting less info than at tier 1, cause the explosions happen later.

This just happened to me, but i am prestige 3 so i am screwed now.
Please allow us to use lower tier version of perks, like whispers 2 on pig.

I think players should be able to use all tiers of perks that they've collected in general since some people might prefer using weaker versions as self imposed challenges and the like, not sure how best to incorporate that into the UI though since having separate tiers of each perk would make the perk list even more cluttered than it already is, maybe a tier selection menu after picking a perk, although that would make last minute tweaks before a match harder so maybe there's a better way that I haven't thought of.

I could imagine either left-clicking for the highest unlocked version or right-clicking to get a little popup on the cursor in which you could choose which tier you want to use.

I play on consoles so maybe X/Square or Y/Triangle for the perk tier menu on those.

Yup, I've encountered the same problem on multiple killers I've P3'd. It's super annoying.

I think having the ability to reset perks could work, like you turn it in for the BP it was worth and you can unlock it in the next bloodweb. Survivor and Killer would benifit from it too so I see it as an absolute win from both sides.

Just remove this farming mechanichs, the game farm is too much yet without this. Make a single best version for the perk (only with one colour rarity depending on the perk's "strengh" and it will be good. Prestige the bloodweb will be less frustrant, because somtimes I just arrive at 50 with bad version of perks. Too much char, to much perks, remove this numbered version of perks will make it faster, simpler and more fun. Farm is just ok with challanges yet (hope next tome will be better and less time eater).
