Pallet vaulting speed

Does pallet vaulting work like windows in the sense that it can be a fast or medium vault, or is it always a fast vault?

its either fast (while sprinting) or slow. there's no inbeween. and unlike window vaults, you can do a standing sprint vault over pallets.
