Self Care: It is unnatural structurally for humans to do their own treatment from time to time while Survivor is running.
You do not need to drop the gauge immediately, but you only have to be injured when you move.
Botany Knowledge: With "Self Care" this Perk has no meaning to exist. You should replace it with another capability. Or you should remove the effect of the first aid kit from "Self Care".
