I bet the devs don't have to click-hold to unlock in the bloodweb, they must have a console command or type something to gain all perks very fast, cause if they click-hold , they would change it already.

maybe give 150K BP to killer who is in queue and give another 150K BP after they finish a at least 3 minutes game.
