They already answered to my ticket and said that they sent this to the DbD-Team for further investigation. Has anyone got these cosmetics already back after sending this ticket? I just would like to know how long it's gonna take until I get it back or if that's even a good sign and not only one of those standard replies.

I tried to submit a ticket (it's the first time I'm doing this), but now I'm not sure if devs got it. BUT the thing is, when I wanted to take a look on my ticket (at "My tickets") it says that I have to sign in??!…
