I got a Grade reset as well on 11/03 on the Nintendo Switch but I did get my 250K BP for both Survivor and Killer.

okay i found a potential solution to this, so did have DBD on my MicroSD card on my Switch but then moved it back to the System and so far it's been much better. I'll report back if there's any future similar drops like before.

Yeah it's back. It's been super slow loading and I've been getting disconnected again before the match starts 😞

It got much better after my initial post so not sure what was done.

Update both Killer AND Survivor reset from Grade I Iridescent to Ash IV 😞

okay so it's been almost a week of no game crashes but then just got Racoon City Police Department and boom crashes after 1 Gen was completed :( It was vs a Blight as well, not even Nemesis

Same, they need to do something for that map. I really am bummed we can't play on it.

game just crashed on me on Crotus after all Gens completed vs Trickster :( im so sad but yeah game crash still happens at Endgame for some reason, not as frequent as before in 5.0.0 but does happen

okay played a ton of matches and the only game crash was on Racoon City map :((((((((( and we had 1 gen left :'((((( im so sad

played like 10 matches today and so far no crashes, hopefully stays like that although have not played against a Nemesis yet

same like we are playing on the Switch, graphics were not my priority ^.^

5.0.2 comes out today and mentions the Switch in the patch notes, I'll be playing today a few matches to see if any game crashes occur.

still have game crashes but it's not as frequent as before although it still happens when there's 1 Gen left or no Gens :( we missed out on so much BP and lost so many pips, please help BHVR

yeah i would be curious to know the numbers but im assuming this game sold at least a million copies on the Switch

okay so far in 5.0.1 I've played over 20 matches and not one game crash even with Nemesis, hoping this keeps going :)

That pretty much perfectly sums it up although it's definitely doesn't matter much about the map as it has crashed on me on every realm 😞 There have been instances where the game doesn't crash with Nemesis but very few times from my experience so far in 5.0.0 But the 1 Gen left or Endgame crashes started right after…

i hate it so much, i've lost at least 30 pips just from game crashes, thanks for posting your video as well it should help them find a solution

I've had over 15 crashes the past 24 hours but here's another one to keep for video evidence, added to OP as well: Console: Nintendo Switch Map: The Game 4 Survivors left 3 Gens left Vs Nemesis a Survivor goes down then the "The software was closed because of an error occurred."

agreed! I cant play as Nemesis as Killer or the game will crash :((((((((
