you get slowed down an extra 0.8s when MISSING how does this make him unplayable, please explain
-
Note, I didn't say 4.4 = bad I said 4.4 = harder to use for newer players and usually have lower killrates
-
Huntress is balanced by three things 4.4, learning curve projectile and lullaby. That's more than enough Spirit, like Nurse -is the exception and not the rule as their powers were insanely strong (and still are) but as BHVR keeps the balance patches rolling, they are getting weaker and weaker. Some people claim Spirit is…
-
It's not that there hasn't been a reason to make a killer 4.4 It's because they design new killers in such a way that they don't need to be 4.4, since 4.4 is meant to be a balance downside. Instead it seems they're opting for more in-built counterplay options. Stuff like Knight's Banner, The vaccines, hacking drones, EMPS,…
-
I think BHVR has been slowly phasing out 4.4 killers as a base because they consistently are some of the weakest killers in the game killrate wise and new players struggle to learn them. 4.6 killers are useable by newer players even if they have a complicated or skill expressive power like Blight Whereas all 4.4 killers…

The most up to date and recent source says it is a bug It's also inconsistent with every other scream perk (and powers) which does not trigger if you are in a locker Therefore, yes - it is a bug as confirmed by BHVR and also by common sense
-
My guess is, this means that hacked drones don't auto return to SM/can't be recalled when they are in this state. I imagine this is so drones placed over gens which are then removed essentially create a 'dead-zone' around the gen where SM can't place another drone
-
But it does bend the rules though, right? That's the issue here, no matter how fun or balanced you might think it is. The reason why Nurse is so strong is because her power by design bends the rules of the game. I think Blight having limitations and being able to ignore them doesn't really seem like good design imo I get…
-
If BHVR comes out and says he is working as intended, then i shall accept that but they haven't and new bug reports about hug tech are being closed as 'duplicates' which carries an implication that the old bug report, the one BHVR responded to - is still valid and being looked into It's not a hill I'm gonna die on but I…
-
Ehh 'Working as intended' isn't quite right in Blight's case. I'm not saying he should be killswitched, but the fact he's allowed to bend the rules of his power's built in limitations isn't exactly 'working as intended' imho It's fine overall but it's def not 'intended' if that makes sense. Permitted or accepted, sure I…

There's a classic saying that applies to these people Two wrongs don't make a right.
-
To each their own, this playstyle and character are a massive blight (no pun intended) on this game but, far be it from me to tell you how to play. I just don't get why you wouldn't go against bots if you wanted easy stress free risk free wins. Why put other players through something you know is extremely boring and…

Exactly If you can't actually answer questions, what's the point of hosting an AMA in the first place They know their community and they know what we are likely to ask about
-
Basically how it works is: Hook survivor on gift of pain hook -> They become mangled/hemmoraged -> If they are healed after this point, they are given the 16% debuff until injured again -> Once injured again, the debuff goes away until rehooked So to answer your question, it's the first time any survivor who was hooked on…
-
The thing is, they could remove the death hook requirement and keep everything else and it would def see play but it wouldn't become super meta overnight. It'd be like Plot Twist, a situationally really strong perk with limited uses. It'd be easy to just waste it if you're not good as survivor
-
1) New players learn from others that things such as "Camping, Tunnelling, Genrushing, Slugging" etc etc are behaviours that are considered bad signs of character so they feel justified in lashing out at those people and shaming them. 2) Those new players perpetuate this behaviour and usually end up involved in some kind…

The game itself? 7/8 - It's gotten kinda stagnant for me even with new content but It's not the state of the game that's bugging me. I think DBD's only gotten better with time, it's still got a lot of elements that are left unaddressed, the lack of user options is only just now starting to be addressed but overall - I like…
-
Blood Rush is a fun perk idea marred by heavy limitations Needing to be on death hook is already a very steep cost; think about the implications of it for a moment and it makes sense why. As a survivor you want to avoid being hooked as much as possible, so having a perk that requires you to be on death hook is already…
-
Quick and Quiet has its cooldown removed (making it permanent) and it also permanently mutes survivor breathing/exertion grunts when performing actions such as vaulting Some killers would grow to hate this perk if it was like this lmao
-
but nobody runs calm spirit dude
-
Are you genuinely complaining that Calm Spirit actually does something it stops you screaming, UW is a scream perk This is not a bug.
-
No answers about the price hiking Not saying I expected an answer but damn.
-
I never said it's an AI, OP did i just think it's lazy
-
He agreed with the forum users post.
-
Stop stigmatising playing with your friends The game is built on people enjoying the game with friends
-
Think about it They said they are stepping up their cosmetic department to make more cosmetics (compounded by people complaining about some survs being neglected cosmetic wise) and so they decide to make the process easier - they make adding descriptions take less effort and manpower It lines up I think
-
An answer to the questions about DLC prices would be nice tbh A few ppl asked in the thread, no response yet
-
He used this template to lazily create cosmetic descriptions.
-
If you didn't enjoy the match, you only stand to benefit from just clicking continue immediately and not stewing in the negativity. As someone who gets themselves embroiled in EGC arguments from time to time, they are never worth it I do understand that a "gg" after whoever won the game was bming in game nonstop does seem…

Most people just hate how he makes up half of their games in a play session. It's hatred via overexposure. Wraith had this problem as well when he got his big buffs. Freddy too. The other people who dislike Wesker either hate how his power works (As in they hate how disorienting being grabbed is etc) or they don't like the…

I can't remember if the people on the forum gave the bird a name I swear someone did somewhere
-
Finally.
-
How far the little bird has gone in such a short time
-
Chemical trap is the reason I'm no programmer (yet) but it looks like all the trap perks operated on the same logic and when they made chem trap they needed to make it so you could place a trap without being in an interaction otherwise you'd have no way to put a trap on a pallet I'd call it spaghetti code but I don't think…
-
Yo, Welcome! About time we got the new avatars! Looking forward to more potential future changes
-
Disabling MFT in endgame fixes this issue All other survivor haste perks are either exhaustion or suck so hard their haste stacking is irrelevant once mft hope is no longer a thing
-
As long as she fundementally breaks the rules of the game she probably always will be She ignores pallets, windows and map collision/geometry. Every other Killer has to deal with these in one way or another. Even Blight.
-
You paid full price for it, it's not like it's 'broken broken'. It's BHVRs fault for releasing it in its current state, not yours.
-
Disabled during Endgame. That'd be my main change if they want to keep it a strong perk but get rid of one of the most broken aspects of it
-
ngl I completely forgot bubba is in this game 💀 my bad
-
A guitar So we can hear guitar noises after bashing them with it
-
Jason & Chucky to complete the slasher squad Supernatural because I'd love to see what they do with it And a crackpick for me would probably be Dexter. I have no idea how they'd ever get this to work, but I'd still love to see it
-
Might wanna seperate your text into paragraphs, easier on the eyes
-
Myers Hospital Gown/Weapons All of Detective Tapp's/The Pig's outfits Most of Ghost Face's outfits (he does have a set or two) Steve, Nancy and Demo's cosmetics before they were removed (Rest in peace) Cenobite's 1 torso cosmetic (Granted it was probably going to be a set according to dataminers) I think that's all of them?
-
No it won't Deja VU does nothing against SM
-
You shouldn't be rewarded for DCing If there's no penalty, then DCing vs stuff u hate and insta going next has no downside
-
Xenomorph having several addons that makes their intended counterplay worse seems like a really bad design oversight. Like, by design you give Xenomorph a really powerful chasing tool, so you incorporate a countermeasure that turns it off to give survivors a defence mechanism but then you give Xenomorph addons that make…
-
An FPS in 2023 with no FOV option is genuinely shocking tbh Just like Starfield LOL
-
Basically it boils down to a few key complaints, not ones that I entirely agree with but basically: Minimal telegraphing, turning chases into 'guess when the killer is gonna press m2' Minimal punishment for missing, the cooldown time might be 3 seconds but from my experience it feels like Xeno is barely slowed down for…

Skull Merchant rework soon. Then the nightmare will be over, hopefully I cannot wait.
