BHVR stated they weren't going to refund him anything, but they are going to "fix" the issue where the dude cannot see the skins in his inventory. So I'm assuming they are going to unlock those items for him even though the licenser who doesn't like eastern europe prohibited sales to their region.

When will this be answered? I understand they're trying to downplay as to not gather attention to region locking but scamming people of their auric cells after they've legally purchased the skins is on another level.

The worst part? No communication. No announcement. No heads-up. Not even a simple “We’re sorry, this content won’t be available in your country.” I didn’t get an apology or acknowledgment - just a random forum post buried amidst other complaints. this

The collection is apparently unavailable in some regions, though bhvr still hasn't officially acknowledged it.

Why is there no PSA for this and the only answer we have is on a bug report forum post "Not a Bug · The items are unfortunately not available in all regions"?

carrying survivors is the most boring part of the trial currently, hence the suggestion of speeding it up

Killers could turn on vpn during loading/midmatch, so it wouldn't solve much. If only bhvr had more than 3 server locations in the world so we wouldn't have to deal with 500 ping killers from africa.
