I cannot seem to add my clip, from my camera roll but this is the link I got from my Xbox app. It will be around the 2 minute mark when the pallet is slammed and about 30 seconds later is the unhook.

This has also happened to me. Nintendo switch player and this is my third incident regarding this bug. I have screenshots that show what happens, I’m locked onto the killer while my body floats in the carry position. In my most recent game I was also flash light saved afterward and the bug repeated itself.
