I seen something from one of the community managers saying that spamming your request sends you back to the end of the line since they go in order received, and you resubmitting the ticket might be registered as a new one.

I'm having the same issue on PS5 when searching for anything in "Search for a Friend". It just spins and spins with no results even 10 minutes later. I hope it gets fixed. EDIT: BHVR tweeted that they are aware of the issue and are actively working on resolving it.
