Just FYI by the way, this is only in the instance NOED does actually end up getting nerfed or reworked. This is only a suggestion and by no means saying that this is how NOED "NEEDS" to be changes. This is only what I thought of after a good deal of thinking about how NOED "could" be changed.

I understand that, but they just make no sense, like the noed challenge with the last tome. It was probably the easiest one to get but I'm pretty sure it was a "Master" challenge, I think they need to do it based on challenge so it makes sense rather then "tier."
